Key technologies and features that have been implemented in the project such as the exterior materials or green building.
Elevation cladded with marble and glass curtain wall allow natural sunlight to enter the building with most office spaces placed on the north elevation to insure the best working environments and public seating areas on the other side for more relaxing and quiet spaces, with the best quality finishing materials used that help with the acoustics in the offices. The best technologies were used to have natural ventilation in the indoor spaces and implement the highest-level system for fire prevention and fighting.
