The facade language derives from a play between modern in contrast to traditional, and natural in compliment to man-made and solid in contrast to transparent. The podium and central spine use a pixelated curtain wall system combined glazing with different densities of model panels cladded with rock-faced or tumbled local granite such as dark Marmo Rosa. The individual units are cladded with glass and brushed metallic louvers on the sides for privacy and to minimize solar heat gain in the units.
