A unique landmark in the middle of Jeddah City.
All glass elevations are made with double-glazed and insulated windows to limit the effects of the sun and exterior elements to have the optimum interior temperatures which contribute to the building’s energy efficiency. The best technologies were used to have natural ventilation in the indoor spaces and implement the highest level system for fire prevention and fighting.
